We are looking for a person that will join our R&D Software team based in Bussolengo (VR) as Solution Designer.
In this position, you are responsible for designing software solutions from an architectural and technical standpoint according to collected needs, analysis conducted, and all relevant stakeholder feedback.
You drive Secure Product Development that ensures trust, security and risk-management. You continuously interact with development and testing teams to assure architecture and technologies are understood and applied correctly and requirement specifications are developed and tested as expected.
The person will interact with external consultants and doctors/surgeons.
What will your contribution be? Drive feasibility analysis and design of SW solutions compatible with functional and non-functional requirements and cyber security risk analysis. Design, implement, and evolve cloud infrastructure and cloud services to support software solutions also through technology scouting. Manage and evolve the Software development lifecycle supporting CI/CD. Manage the DevSecOps according to Cybersecurity regulations. Support cybersecurity risk analysis - including Threat modelling and asset analysis - and penetration testing. Support adoption of cybersecurity tools and best practices in software development. Manage cybersecurity architecture such as PKI. Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed. Support analysis of the business and user needs, decomposing in technical requirements. Collaborate with Software Development and Testing teams to:
Design and maintain the relevant software product documentation. Contribute to sustain/support the product knowledge base and best practice. Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications. Coordinate release and deployment processes, drafting of release documents and deployment procedures. Coordinate periodic software maintenance activities. Analyze the test coverage on functional and non-functional requirements. Support Testing development, governance and execution associated with the developed software. Prepare technical documentation, system configuration documents and other technical reports. What are we looking for? Master's degree in engineering preferred or Bachelor's Degree. Fluent in English (spoken and written). A previous experience of 5 years in a similar role is required. Previous working experience in a regulated device industry or in a structured Company. Computer skills: Good use of all Office set, especially Excel. Knowledge of Agile – Scrum is a plus. Cloud: app services, virtual networks, virtual machines, cloud services, db sql and nosql, function, events, search service, B2C, storage (the reference provider is Microsoft Azure), WAF. Monitoring and management of the infrastructure from the point of view of performance, reliability, service continuity and security. Knowledge of networking. Monitoring of subscription costs. Solution Design: Design pattern, enterprise architecture pattern, domain driven design. Design and evolution of scalable and maintainable distributed architectures, microservices, web services, serverless, web applications, mobile applications. Database design. Drafting of technical documents of architecture and design of complex systems. Development: Knowledge of html, javascript, Angular 13+, C#, SQL, .NET framework, .Net core, WCF, MVC, APIREST, rest services, soap services, visual studio 2019+, xml, XPath, .NET Maui. Verify compliance of the development team with architectural guidelines, through code review and mentoring. DevOps & SDLC: Design and automation of the build, deployment and testing processes in a CI/CD perspective using azure devops/GitHub server ensuring traceability, testability and quality of the artifacts produced. Power shell and azure cli scripting. Cybersecurity: knowledge of application security (SAST, SBOM analysis), threat modeling, and security requirements. Testing: Principles of test automation (web and mobile), unit testing, regression testing, Gherkin. What soft skills will you improve? Proactive and positive attitude.
