Right now, we are looking for an Architect Java Developer to join our team at Globant!
You will get the chance to:
Lead collaboration with the clients and Globant Pods to thoroughly understand market needs and product requirements.Control the representation of the product in the design and development process, ensuring product integrity throughout the product life cycle.Participate in pre-sales and business development actively seeking new opportunities.Lead sound agile product management/ownership aspects and tasks such as vision, inception, product strategy, release plan, backlog management, agile requirements, life cycle management and change management.Serve as client advocate, providing expertise to technical and business audiences to help resolve client or team issues as well as highlighting risks.Coach and mentor team members, providing follow-up and feedback.Lead thought leadership exercises and suggest opportunities for improvement.What will help you succeed: Deep experience in analysis, development, and design of Java microservice architectures.Good knowledge of any of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).Previous experience in pre-sales and business development activities.Good knowledge of English.At Globant we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
