Sole Chef Position
57m Amels private motor yacht
To start ASAP in South of France, seasonal position.
Could turn permanent for the right candidate.
Salary depending on experience to be discussed with the owners.
2+ years in yachting and with fine dining restaurant experience a must.
Must have excellent portfolio of menus and have a passion for food.
Light cuisine, Mediterranean, Asian.
Cooking for 14 crew plus up to 10 guests (usually including simple food for kids and some guests with specific dietary requirements).
Candidates must have proven longevity.
Owners use the vessel for approximately 3 months of the year when they cruise the Med/Aegean sea in the summer.
Privately owned and winter berth in South of France or Italy.
