Huawei, a global leader in information and communications technology (ICT), is seeking a passionate and talented Junior Solar Inverter Service Engineer to join our Digital Power team in Rome or Milan.The candidate is going to be responsible for all the activities related to delivering and maintaining PV and Inverters Solutions.The Junior Solar Inverter Service Engineer will embark on the Huawei Graduate Program in Italy, an intensive three-year program designed to cultivate and nurture the next generation of tech leaders, which offers:Professional Career Path: Embark on a structured 6-month internship, followed by a permanent contract.Personal Development: Enhance your skills through comprehensive trainings and workshops.Gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and technology innovation.Mentor/Buddy Program designed to guide you through both business and inter-cultural development.Competitive salary package.Main Responsibilities:Service Strategy: Collect customer service requirements, analyze service strategies in the inverter industry, and support the service strategies in specific countriesInstallation/Commissioning Instruction: Provide installation/commissioning training to customer/installer, ensure all the Huawei equipment would be installed safely, reliably and properlyTroubleshooting tasks: Locate potential faults by remote support or on-site service and instruct the customer/ maintenance personnel on how to solve equipment malfunctionsPreventive Maintenance: Support partners for routine maintenance activities of equipment such as testing performance of solar system, checking historical alarms, checking the reliability of cable connection and exporting inverter logs etc.Requirements:Fresh Graduate Student with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as Energy, Electrical, or others Engineering-related major.Good communication skills in order to deal with customer and create strong relationships.Knowledge of Mechanical principles, electronics and AC/DC power distribution.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits.Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic schematics and mechanical drawings.Good command of spoken EnglishLanguage Requirements:Good command of English and fluent in Italian.Experience:No experience required, we will be happy to train you on the job.Interested in Joining Us?If you are a driven individual with a passion for technology and a desire to make a significant impact in the ICT industry, we encourage you to apply.
