ENcome Energy Performance Gmbh, with subsidiaries in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, UK, and Australia and with more than 2 GWp under management, is a leader in the delivery of Operation & Maintenance services on PV plants.
The Solar Asset Management, with its various interfaces to clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, and centralized services, is a pivotal and mission-critical position in our organization. Acting as a technical project manager, he / she is responsible for the management of operation and maintenance as well as revamping projects, taking care of scheduling, cost, customer relationship, contract management, and business development (upselling initiatives).
Accordingly, and with a view to the ENcome claim "Every Watt Counts", the Solar Asset Manager is requested to take the owner perspective to strive for the best results in terms of both optimized technical and economical performance represented by plant availability, kWh of production, and ENcome gross margin results across all sites entrusted.
The resource will be included in the Italian Solar Asset Management department.
Locations: Italy, Sesto San Giovanni (MI) or Lecce (LE). 30% travel in Italy and abroad required.
Main Responsibilities: Technical Operations: Operation and Maintenance for solar installations Management of regular maintenance work (preventive maintenance) Management of failure alarms and remedial actions (corrective maintenance) Management of auxiliary maintenance work Coordination of on-site services Compilation of periodic customer reporting Customer relationship Additional order and upselling initiatives Commercial Operations: Contract management Performance management Invoicing and reimbursement of costs Preparation of quotes and cost proposals Procurement of spares and purchased services Identification and implementation of cost efficiencies Interface Management: Coordination with central functions Compliance with ENcome Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Training Skills Requirements: Master's Degree in electrical or electronic engineering from a leading university Consolidated experience and track record in project management roles, gained in international and complex business contexts (EPC and O&M companies with international exposure) Concrete experience in technical design, plant commissioning and optimization, project management-oriented Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Fluent in Italian and English is a must Fluent in Spanish and/or German is a plus Project Management Professional certification by Project Management Institute is a nice to have Leadership, strategic vision skills, technological innovation skills Decision-making ability Excellent team leader and team member Attention to details, entrepreneurship spirit, willingness of continuous improvement, and human resource management/development is a must If interested, you can send a Curriculum Vitae to:
