ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop in-office/laboratory test benches (19" server racks, filled with devices under testing GNSS boards/receivers, radio modems; and auxiliary equipment servers, network equipment, antenna signal distribution system, power supply units, power relays).Maintain and develop the field-testing ground (includes Kinematic test track, Antenna testing facility, Robotic arm).Develop software for testing and develop automatic test cases using selected programming languages.Perform product verification, validation and R&D Activities.Prepare, execute, make data analysis, and create test report of tests, performed in Field and Laboratory conditions.Minimum Job Requirements:University degree in engineering discipline, ideally in Electrical or Informatic fieldWorking experience from at least 3 years in Software Test Engineer field – preferable – connected to equipment performance testingExcellent troubleshooting/analytical skills.Ability to work with individuals from a variety of technical and cultural backgrounds.Ability to prioritize and handle many tasks/activities at once.A sense of accountability for the appearance of the test site and test vehicles.Intermediate/ good level in English language is requiredPreferred Candidate Requirements:Intermediate in Russian – multicultural environmentAverage 3 years of experience in testing (HW, FW or SW)Understanding of basic principles of radio: antenna, receiver, transmitter.Knowledge of:Protocol analysers: Wireshark.Programming languages: Python, C++.Bug tracking systems: JIRA.Test management systems: TestRail/qTest.CI/CD solutions: TeamCity, Jenkins.Basic principles of GNSS systems functionality.Working Conditions:The job will be performed in an outdoor as well as in a lab environment with documentation being completed on a PC in the office.Due to the spread of employees around the world meeting outside of normal business hours will likely be required.Occasional travel could be required.
