Inspire, motivate and develop a team of Cloud, Firmware and mobile developers, fostering a high-performance work environment. Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure success. Continuously stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in IoT, embedded systems, and Agile methodologies to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative. ABOUT YOU: Demonstrated expertise in developing IoT solutions for embedded systems. Proven track record in applying agile methodologies, including experience in Product Owner or Scrum Master roles. Proven ability to lead and manage diverse, cross-functional teams across various cultures. Proven ability to effectively gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and driving results. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
