We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Project Leader to join our cross-functional Agile team, specializing in developing solutions for food, laundry and beverage professional domains.

As a Software Project Leader for our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of the appliances control system and related IoT solutions.
You will lead a team of talented developers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
In addition to technical expertise, this role requires team collaboration skills.
Additionally, you will take on the role of a Product Owner, ensuring that our products meet user needs and align with the company's strategic goals.
- Act as a Product Owner, defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure products meet user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and product managers, to ensure project success and alignment with Agile principles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices ensuring state-of-the-art electronic modules and Agile methodologies.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead a team of firmware, hardware cloud and mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Drive the development of new electronic control modules & IoT solutions: technical specification, functionality, reliability, manufacturability, safety.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Define, together with SQA team, test strategy and understand tests results.
- Ensure that new products, concepts, modules (HW, FW, SW) are in line with the architectures and product strategy at Global level.
- Support standardization by ensuring that new development fit into the platforms and subsystem structures.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics - Proven experience in FW and SW coding principles and practices.
- Previous leadership experience in a software development environment.
- Fundamentals of Cloud and App SW development.
- Proven experience in Embedded Systems development (microcontrollers, ADCs, PWMs, communication, protocols etc etc).
- Ability to convert high level requirements in technical specification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional Agile team.
- Product Owner or experience in product management - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Pragmatic, business driven.
