About the roleWe are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Engineering department, managing AVG projects from concept to completion, and building industry-leading solutions for our customers.
In particular, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
Design automation software solutions to control process machines;Develop software for the entire machine lifecycle, including design, development, production, and maintenance, ensuring that the software meets customer requirements;Perform simulations, debugging, and testing of machines, both before machine installation and at customers sites;Provide operational problem-solving support to both internal and external customers;Writing relevant technical documentation;Collaborate with the customer service department on remote support and commissioning phase, contributing to configuration and parameterization services.What you need to be successfulYou have a High School Diploma in Electronics/IT/telecommunications or a Master's degree in Automation/ Mechatronic/Electrical Engineer or related fields;You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position;You are organized and detail-oriented, focused on innovation, and curious about innovative solutions;You have a good knowledge of PLC programming tools and programming languages such as Codesys and C#;You have a basic knowledge of motion control platforms such as Beckhoff or Omron;You have a basic knowledge of reading electrical diagrams;You are comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in English;You are enthusiastic about potential business trips (25-30%).
