The role: A Software Engineer works under the supervision of a Lead Software Engineer or Technical/Program Manager Role Description: A Software Engineer shall have the following responsibilities: Software defect assessment, fix and testDesign, develop and test software applications, sub-systems and componentsDraft technical/reference documentationDesign and develop components that are re-usable by others on the team/groupProvide customer support of implemented software applicationsMandatory Skills: Italian speakingGood English both written and spokenProven working experience as Software EngineerSoftware development experience with C++Knowledge of COM, ATL and MFCSoftware development experience using an IDE such as Visual StudioSoftware development experience using a source control system such as SVNSoftware support experience using a defect tracking systemAnalytical problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsDesired Skills: Software development experience with .NET (C# in particular)MCAD (Inventor, AutoCAD, BricsCAD, DraftSight, SolidWorks, etc.) API programming & end-user experiencePLM API programming & end-user experienceMS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Project) experienceEducation: Bachelor's Degree (one of the following); Computer Engineering or Computer Science Mathematics/Physics or Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent (Possible) CAD PLM Data Integration
