Please do not contact the recruiter directly.This position reports toIS Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will support the IT PF Center for all activities related to Software licenses distribution, 3rd Party Software Management, and other activities related to PF lab maintenance and logistic processes in close collaboration with the order handling team and other PCP functions.
The work model for the role is contributing to the Process Automation business, Process Control Platform division.
You will be mainly accountable for:Supporting the team in defining, improving, and establishing all processes for the distribution of software and logistic processes for HW material handling.Participating in all product Gate readiness for new product releases (preparation, review checklist, collaborate with PCP functions such as SOFA team and Product Management) with a special focus on 3rd Party process management.Supporting the team in all maintenance activities carried out in the PF laboratory and cooperating with the logistic team to increase process efficiency.Software media planning and setup in synchronization with Suppliers and the order handling team for Symphony Plus products.Global responsibility to support the team in tracking and reporting 3rd party software embedded in PCP products in collaboration with other PF Centers, RD, and Product Management.Verifying readiness and configuration/consistency of Standard HW for S+.Qualifications For The RoleYou are highly skilled in working with B2B portals design, test, and implementation.You have 2 years of experience in Workflow design, data analysis, and reporting.Possess enhanced knowledge of 3rd Party Software Management and software licensing topics (EULAs, export control rules).You are passionate about a solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.A degree in engineering is preferred.You are comfortable communicating in Italian and English.What's in it for you?Get exposed to cutting-edge technology in Process Automation and have a visible impact on the future.Benefit from an open and solution-oriented work culture.Enjoy a supportive and solution-driven team environment.BenefitsMeal allowance.Employee Assistance Program.More about usABB provides a comprehensive range of integrated automation, electrical, and digital systems and services for customers in the process, hybrid, and maritime industries.
