IS Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the IT P&F Center for all activities related to Software licenses distribution, 3rd Party Software Management other activities related to P&F lab maintenance and logistic processes in close collaboration with order handling team and other PCP functions. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation business, Process Control Platform division. You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting the team in defining improving and establishing all processes for the distribution of software and logistic process for HW material handling. • Participating in all product Gate readiness for new product releases (preparation, review check list, collaborate with PCP functions such as SOFA team and Product Management) with a special focus on 3rd Party process management. • Supporting the team in all maintenance activities carried out in P&F laboratory and cooperate with logistic team to increase the process efficiency. • Software media planning and setup in synchronization with Suppliers and order handling team for Symphony Plus products. • Global responsibility to support the team in tracking and reporting 3rd party software embedded in PCP products in collaboration with other P&F Centers, R&D and Product Management. • Verifying readiness and configuration /consistency of Standard HW for S+. Qualifications for the role You are immersed highly skilled in working with B2B portals design, test, and implementation. You have 2 years of experience in in Workflow design, data analysis and reporting. Possess an enhanced knowledge of 3rd Party Software Management and software licensing topics (EULAs, export control rules) You are passionate about solution-focused approach with a strong written and spoken communication skills Degree in engineering is preferred You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
