Software Development

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Research Development Team.
MISSION Design and develop high-level software applications for the industrial domain, ranging from desktop to mobile with cloud integration.
You will tackle the challenge of bringing modern software methodologies and technologies to industrial products for monitoring, commissioning, programming, analysis, and virtualization.
KEY ACTIVITIES Get input from all stakeholders, including customers, salespeople, industry experts, and programmers.
Learn the strengths and weaknesses of the current system with improvement as the goal.
Write system specifications.
Analyze requirements and identify the best solutions to create the software.
Turn the software specifications into a design plan called the Design Specification for the software architecture.
Use the security design principle and architecture to consider potential risks.
Draw mockups in case of UI changes.
Develop software applications and functionalities compliant with guidelines in place about the code style and practices.
Develop automated software testing: Unit testing, Integration tests, etc.
Contribute to verify with stakeholders (colleagues and clients) major releases, defining test cases.
Provide needed documentation/information to create official customer manuals.
Deploy the software to the production environment.
Ensure the software is deployed securely, checking that firewalls, access controls, and security settings are configured.
KEY REQUIREMENTS Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Informatics.
Past experience in a similar role (2-5 years).
Preferred Programming Languages: TypeScript or JavaScript, Kotlin or Java, Swift.
Frameworks: React with Redux, NodeJS.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
