Software Developer

ALTEC Srl, a very well-established Italian software house operating in the field of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), is looking for a Software Developer who can contribute to the growth phase of the company.

Requirements: Proven knowledge of C++ language (minimum 1 year experience); Ability to self-run and manage projects assigned autonomously; Good communication skills to fully understand clients' needs and priorities; Basic knowledge of English; Soft skills: Precision, sense of responsibility, dynamism, professionalism, and strong motivation to achieve assigned goals and ability to meet deadlines; Good interpersonal and organizational skills; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international, tech-reliant environment, independently and when needed as part of a team.
Preferential requirement: Basic knowledge of thermal engineering.
