The key technologies to be familiar with are mainly .Net, WPF, XAML, VB.Net, connectivity protocols, and secondarily JavaScript, cloud and database, reporting tools, and graphic development.
This role requires close collaboration with customers, so they can maximize the benefits of the purchased software.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Know the Movicon.NExT software platform, becoming a power user of the productManage customer tickets and provide support with a continuous improvement perspective, both of the product and the processUnderstand customer goals and provide advice on how to achieve them in the best possible way, with the best possible productUnderstand how to connect to controllers and equipmentProvide training and expertise to customers For This Role, You Will Need: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also considered.Willingness to learn new software systems, developing new skillsPositive and proactive attitude in relationships with customers and colleaguesAbility to write basic software programs using tools like Visual Studio with procedural languages, such as VB.NETPC knowledge and skills: primarily Windows, and possibly Linux.
