Italy Treviso Marketing Trade Communication 07/19/2024 SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST Job Responsibilities The Social Media Strategist is responsible for integrating the social strategy (owned, earned, paid) into De'Longhi overall brands and communications plans.
Starting from business objectives and social trends, competitor and market analysis, the Social Media Strategist: Designs and coordinates social media strategy across various social platforms and markets; Reviews and optimizes the paid social strategies, with a data driven approach; Identifies KPI sets for the different platforms and channels analyzing and monitoring social media performance; Prepares campaign reports and presentations for internal sharing and for the management; Designs activations and brings them to life through the different layers of the Influencer Pyramid, the different phases of the funnel and the different platforms; Researches, identifies and engages with key influencers, creators, and reviewers; Identifies and manages influencer seeding campaigns to support new product launches; Writes briefs for social-first campaigns; Runs regular meetings with markets to guide on what to start, stop or keep doing; Supports local teams in implementing the central way of working and in improving performances; Co-runs A/B testing campaigns, optimizes the creative development, and shares findings in an ongoing manner with key stakeholders; Updates the Social Media guidelines to accompany, deliver and decline efficiently the digital strategy and be able to react quickly to insights and trends; Coordinates the Social Media partner agencies and suppliers by defining clear objectives and target KPIs; Collects metrics, results and best cases to share among the local digital teams the appropriate strategic recommendations; Creates appropriate feedback loops and communication channels among social and other teams to ensure social media opportunities, competitive strategies/campaigns, data and learnings sharing.
Job Profile Marketing, advertising, communications or business background; Capability to assess and manage the impact of social media projects on the business to quickly adjust and change plans; Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in a social media strategy role; Experience/excited to work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent analytical and communication skills; Strong interest and awareness of new and emerging social media trends and tools; Advanced knowledge of social media platforms; Basic/Medium background in social advertising (META, TikTok); Medium background in Influencer Marketing; Flexible and adaptable with excellent time management; Be a self-starter, well organized; Be creative and innovative, an excellent problem solver; Team player; Self-motivated; Demonstrate accountability and credibility; Fluent in English.
