Social Media Strategist

**In this Role you will**
- Develop, manage and execute Oval's social media strategy, aligned with the overall business objectives
- Define most important social media KPIs and make sure we reach them
- Collaborate with the whole Marketing and Product teams to create social "buzz" for new product launches
- Create and share regular reports showing social media profiles performance and KPIs to senior management and the team
- Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media brand strategy across all channels

- Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively, and work cross-functionally
- Striving in a destructured startup environment, not looking for the 9 to 5 role
- Self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solver - able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
- Extremely details oriented
- Self-started, you don't wait to get information and guidelines but take actions to find them
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience (+3 years) as Social Media strategist or Social Media Manager
- Understand SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience in Fintech, Crypto and/or Trading
- Skilled at planning, organising, prioritising and executing simultaneous projects and activities at once
- Ability to identify target audience and create content to meet audience's preferences
- Italian language Fluent/Native and English at a professional level is required
