Role Description:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and creating content across our social media platforms. This is an onsite, full-time role in our Turin office, requiring daily collaboration with the team to enhance our online brand presence and engage our audience effectively.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work reliably in an onsite setting
• Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data effectively
• Creative thinking and adaptability to respond to evolving social media trends
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus
• Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to align with our business goals
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos
• Manage social media accounts across all platforms, ensuring consistent voice and messaging
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize content
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and nurture an interactive online community
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams for content ideas and promotional initiatives.
Salary: €1,000 (net) monthly
