We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager passionate about lifestyle, fashion, and luxury.
He/she is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing social media strategies.
Main responsibilities: Content Management: selection, curation, and management of engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
Content Creation: professional expertise in photo and video creation for engaging visual content on social media platforms.
Strategy Development: formulate social media strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance its brand presence.
Community Engagement: interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
Analytics Reporting: monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, IG insight, or native platform analytics.
Campaign Management: plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising and collaborations with influencers.
Trend Monitoring: stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Collaboration: work closely with the marketing and brand Director, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Candidate profile: Professional background in Photography/Videography and Graphics is a must.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the fashion or hospitality industry.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Adobe programs is a must.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
Creativity and a keen eye for visual content is a must.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
Driving license is required.
Frequent travels must be expected for this position.
