MarketingWe're looking for a Content Creator and Social Media Strategist who will be responsible primarily for Juventus' continued growth and engagement efforts on Instagram.
As this is currently one of the largest Instagram accounts in football and amongst brands worldwide it is an important role within the team.Main duties & responsibilities:
- Align on target objectives for managed channels and strive to reach them -Lead idea creation and content flow for Instagram in addition to potentially other emerging Social Media Platforms for the organization (eg.
TikTok).
This will mean trend research, ideas suggestions, production and tracking coordination-Manage Juventus accounts during live matches and events, distributing real-time content and understanding how to maximize the moments while respecting the Club's Brand and tone of voice-Suggesting ideas for content and shootings, anticipating possible key moments and making the most out of the distribution of content across channels-Liaising with external agencies for the flow of content across international media outlets-Stay on top of digital content best practice ensuring that Juventus FC is experimenting consistently and always on top of the latest trends-Liaise with editors to announce Team news on social ensuring that press releases and Club statements are released in tandem with international editorsProfessional requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree as minimum required.
Specialised courses in Marketing, Communications, Digital Mediaor Production will be considered as a plus-Strong experience (4/5 years at least) and proven success in managing Social Media for a well-known brand-Experience in content creation and posting (especially Instagram & TikTok)-Ideally experience around professional Sports or Entertainment industry working with athletes or entertainers-Experience with website content management system-Deep knowledge and passion for European Football and Italian SERIE A-Comprehensive understanding of best practice with regard to content creation and Social Media-Deep knowledge of branding with regard to digital content and brand management-Ability to quickly create engaging, short copy for social media posts at high frequency-Strong writing, editing and communication skills-Openness to being in front of camera is a plus (however not mandatory for role)-Comprehensive knowledge of Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/YouTube/Tik Tok best practice
- Strong English speaker and writer in addition to understanding Italian (main language for international channels is English).
Spanish knowledge is a plus-Working knowledge of video editing for Social Media purposes-Experience using social analytics tools such as:
Blinkfire, Hootsuite, etc-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite-Mac/PC:
