We are looking for a new colleague to join our Marketing and Communication team and handle the conception and implementation of communication activities for our company.
Role and responsibilities The candidate will be part of the Marketing & Communication Unit at Etifor and will be responsible for the following activities: Creating the editorial plan and organic content for the company's social media channels; Management of social channels and user comments; Design content for social channels with Canva or other tools (e.g.
reels, posts); Writing texts in Italian and English for websites, informational materials, newsletters, etc; Organising events in collaboration with other team members; Supporting the team in implementing communication activities for European and national projects; Monitoring and reporting on the activities carried out.
Education Candidates with degrees in the following areas will be viewed favourably: Literature, languages, communication, marketing, and similar fields.
Forestry and environmental sciences, natural sciences, biology.

Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in the marketing or communication sector is required.
Work experience in the environmental and international sectors will be considered a plus.
Required skills You have an excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram (all other social media platforms are considered a plus); You can create textual and multimedia content for social platforms (e.g., using Canva); You know how to create text and multimedia content for social platforms (e.g.
reels); You have aesthetic taste and enjoy creating graphic content for social channels (with Canva or other tools); Italian grammar has no secrets for you, and you love to write; English is more than just a foreign language to you (no official certifications are required, but your language level will be tested during the interview, and only candidates with a C1 level or higher will be considered); You can read and understand complex texts and believe making them "comprehensible" is a challenge you want to accept; You have a problem-solving approach and can maintain positive communication with colleagues and clients; You will dedicate at least 30 minutes before sending us your CV to understand what we do and write a motivation letter that moves our hearts and minds.
Even better if... You are passionate about scientific dissemination and nature; You know how to update websites and write SEO-oriented texts; You are familiar with these tools: Canva, Chat GPT, WordPress, Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign, Meta Business Manager, and Metricool.
