To support our fast expansion, QIMA is seeking experienced Social Compliance Auditors to join our network of Ethical practices experts.
Job Description
About the Role
As part of this role, you will receive extensive training, gain international field experience, travel nationally or internationally, and conduct factory audits including the following missions: Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers, to assess compliance with Labor Laws and ethical standards. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client's in-house procedure. Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client. Review documentation such as payroll and contracts to verify compliance. Conduct employee interviews to gather insights on working conditions and labor rights. Identify and report non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. Provide recommendations and follow-up on corrective actions to ensure sustained improvements. Stay informed on regulations and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications
The Candidate
It could be you, if you have: A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major. Strong knowledge of any of these audit programs: SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI/SMETA. Work experience in 3rd party auditing. APSCA RA level is preferred.
