EmailWe are looking for a Social Adv Specialist to be employed in our Milan office to support reach our communication goals through social media platforms.You willPlan, manage, optimize social adv campaigns (Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest ecc.) and performance campaigns such as affiliation or Direct Email Marketing, including but not limited to brief understanding, strategy definition, budget split on media vendors, payout negotiation, media plan creation, booking, ad creative delivery to media vendors and social account set up, daily optimizations, reportingAbility to plan and manage paid search (AdWords, Bing, etc), will be considered a plusAssist with internal interactions including reporting, meetings, QBRs as neededAlways maintain a strong focus on KPIs and eager to find ways to meet targetsBe in charge of liaising with internal teams on all digital activities and trendsEnsure best practice and innovation in all activitiesQualifications2+ years of experience in digital campaigns managementExcellent knowledge of social adv platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest ecc.)Good knowledge of display performance media vendors and technologiesExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)Knowledge of conversion optimization practicesFamiliarity with Ad Serving and Analytics technologiesAnalytical mindset and financial acumenGood level of English language, both written and oralExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholdersMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceEffective time management and project management skillsTeam working and collaborative attitudeIf necessary is able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesAdditional InformationWe work with highly motivated people, who support and enrich each other.
