Responsibilities: Providing functional leadership in Navision modules and related change/enhancement requests, managing and reviewing the applications design, development & testing. Sharing functional (Technical) and business knowledge, leading the internal team by example, ensuring adherence to agreed ASM procedures and processes. Investigating, scrutinizing, and recommending solutions to improve business processes, procedures, and structures. Managing Service Requests and Incidents for assigned areas, including Problem Management if applicable. Managing Change/enhancement requests, providing accurate resourcing estimates, and working closely with IT Business Partners to improve existing system designs. Acting as participant and project manager/IT Lead for projects. Configuring, developing, and gathering business requirements hands-on. Creating detailed functional and technical analysis & designs, performing unit testing, SIT, conducting UAT, regression tests, and releasing to production systems. Reviewing and authorizing Navision changes to Production. Keeping IT Business Partner and Process owners informed of progress on new and enhancement requests. Ensuring adherence to standards for documentation, development, source control, testing methodology, and internal procedures. Requirements: Strong process and functional knowledge in Procurement, Storage and Production (with strong integration with Sales and Finance areas). Knowledge/experience in SAP is an advantage, with a desire to learn and support SAP in 1-2 years. Essential knowledge in integration with other Navision modules. Minimum 10 years' experience in solution implementation, with at least 3 end-to-end project cycles involvement in a functional team lead position. Process-oriented thinking. Strong oral and written communication skills in Italian and English. Strong leadership, ownership, and personal drive to solve problems. Team player capable of guiding and influencing to achieve end goals. Demonstrable experience of managing 3rd party support contracts and relationships. Project management experience, able to structure and scope a project, and manage it through to completion. Established experience in the orchestration of metrics/management reporting. Ability to think strategically while being operationally hands-on when necessary.
