259921BRJob Description We're looking for Snacks Junior Brand Manager to join our Business in Milano.Your day to day with us:
Key Contribution in Market Unit Calendar
- Supports in a proactive way the Sr.
Brand Manager in:
Commercial Business Review - in analysing Brand Health status (Market Share, Brand KPIs, Panel Data, what worked / what needs to be improved) Regional Business Review - providing timely input on marketing topics Brand Management and Development
- lead artwork development and approval processes alongside key agencies and internal stakeholders
- track, monitor and report the marketing programs
- track, monitor and report A&M budget ensuring variances are highlighted in a timely manner.
POs coordinationBrand Communication Activities
- Deliver in alignment with Sr.
Brand Manager efficient communication plan
- Collaborating in PR agenda definition
- Owns the Digital agenda being responsible of all Digital Brand Assets, with alignment of the Sr.
Brand Manager.
Plans, develops and executes consumer promotional activities including POP, events and co
- marketing.Consumer Insights, Research Responsibility for analysis and monitoring of the brand performance (sell-in and sell-out):
analyse and benchmark competitive productsacross the market unit product line, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs Managing Cross-organizational relationship and Internal Stakeholder
- Works proactively with MU network and all key company departments
- Provides reporting on market trends and project progresses.
Coordinates project with Supply Chain on on-going basis.
Co-works with Sales function to successfully sell in products and programs to Trade.
Gets involved in touch points with SWE team (lead relationship on projects activated for Italy) Qualifications/Requirements What will you need to succeed in this role:
Proven marketing experience with functional knowledge of core marketing disciplines.
At least 2 years' experience Computer literate including excel and power point Strong knowledge of IRI/Nielsen database & shoppers/consumer panel Basic business understanding and evidence of commercial awareness Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to juggle a number of competing priorities Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills (able to analyse and draw conclusions quickly from data) Self-starter with a can do attitude, proposing constantly new activations for future growth Fluent in English; Spanish is considered a Plus Relocation Eligible:
