Within our International Card Services Organization, we are looking for a Remote Account Development Specialist, looking after a set of Small Business Clients, with an assigned portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities:

Expand assigned portfolio Billed Business and Revenues
Drive assigned portfolio spend capacity increase
Minimize attrition of assigned portfolio
Identify each client's unique needs and cultivate effective account management strategies
Qualify, build and manage an accurate sales pipeline working to maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls with a focus on generating new business within our existing customers
Build strong relationships with customers through delivery of remote sales presentations, illustrating strong product knowledge and sales best practices

Qualifications 

Sales pipeline management experience
Strategic and consultative selling skills with strong negotiation abilities
Emotional resilience
Able to work independently and under time pressure
Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills
Ability to establish strong relationships internally with supporting Business Units (Marketing, Credit, Risk, New Accounts, Compliance)
Ability to establish strong relationships with external potential partners (existing suppliers) to valuate lead gen and expansion opportunities
Excellent interpersonal skills supported by highly efficient organizational and planning abilities
Naturally curious and willing to take time to learn potential clients' economic environment to plan the best commercial strategy
Proven knowledge of PC software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Excellent Italian and professional English level
