And we'll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard, and feels like they belong.Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.Within our International Card Services Organization, we are looking for a Remote Account Development Specialist, looking after a set of Small Business Clients, with an assigned portfolio.Primary Responsibilities:Expand assigned portfolio Billed Business and RevenuesDrive assigned portfolio spend capacity increaseMinimize attrition of assigned portfolioIdentify each client's unique needs and cultivate effective account management strategiesQualify, build and manage an accurate sales pipeline working to maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls with a focus on generating new business within our existing customersBuild strong relationships with customers through delivery of remote sales presentations, illustrating strong product knowledge and sales best practicesQualificationsStrategic and consultative selling skills with strong negotiation abilitiesEmotional resilienceAble to work independently and under time pressureExcellent time management, project management, and organizational skillsAbility to establish strong relationships internally with supporting Business Units (Marketing, Credit, Risk, New Accounts, Compliance)Ability to establish strong relationships with external potential partners (existing suppliers) to evaluate lead gen and expansion opportunitiesExcellent interpersonal skills supported by highly efficient organizational and planning abilitiesNaturally curious and willing to take time to learn potential clients' economic environment to plan the best commercial strategyProven knowledge of PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent Italian and professional English levelMinimum QualificationsWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
