Position Overview:In this role as a Service Coordinator, you will be the central contact point for customers, service teams, and dealerships across German- and Lithuanian-speaking regions. Your primary responsibility will be managing service requests, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, and ensuring smooth, effective communication. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days working remotely, giving you a perfect balance between collaboration and independence.
