We are looking for a Site & Supply Chain Manager with solid experience in the manufacturing environment and supply chain function.Must have?
10+ years' experience in manufacturing management and supply chain-logistics, great analytical skills and fluent English (at least B2).The Site & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for: Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with global standards and legal requirements while maintaining consistent product quality and service levels.Defining and managing annual budgets and long-term planning, optimising resource usage and achieving company-defined KPIs and sustained growth.Managing relationships with local authorities, industrial associations, unions, and other key stakeholders to maintain a license to operate.Ensuring on-time delivery, optimising stock levels, and resolving quality issues through continuous improvement processes.Overseeing efficient order processing, addressing escalated customer issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Leading improvement projects, managing site investments, and ensuring compliance with audit standards (e.G., ISO certifications).Fostering team development, promoting workplace morale, managing employee appraisals, and maintaining effective relationships with unions and works councils.Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.10+ years of experience in manufacturing management and supply chain-logistics, ideally in the chemical/oil&gas/pharma industry.Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive operational efficiencies.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and make strategic decisions.Proficiency using Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.Fluent in English (at least B2).What We Offer Contract offered: CCNL chimico, livello quadro, MBO and additional benefits.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative company.LOCATION Arzignano (Vicenza).#J-18808-Ljbffr
