Per l'ente Acquisti stiamo ricercando un professionista da inserire come Site Sourcing Specialist.
Mission:
- Interface between Sourcing regional team and other functions on site
- Documentation management
- 1st escalation level for troubleshooting after Supply Chain
- Management of site-specific commodities
**Tasks**:
Is the day-to-day single point of contact between the Regional Commodity function and its site users:
- Process Engineering change requests once project phase is over
- Monitor Direct Material variances to inform finance and bid teams
- Enter and maintain sourcing rules in ERP (to be replaced by flat file when available)
- Proactively participate in identifying productivity actions with site management and bring back information to Regional Commodity team
- Provide inputs on site needs through frequent contact with users
- In the scope of resourcing:
- Obtain samples and co-ordinates qualification process with Quality and Engineering
- Coordinate: phasing of resourcing vs. tests, existing volumes from initial supplier
Provides site level documentation to Regional Commodity team
- Provide package of Engineering drawings and specifications to Regional Commodity managers (from PDM system)
- Manage tooling database
Acts as 1st escalation level for troubleshooting
- Responsible for day to day troubleshooting related to suppliers: chasing of missing parts, escalation of issues
- Manage claims and charge-back, incl.
COPQ
Manages site-specific commodities
- Manage RFQ for subcontracted parts not managed by a regional commodity manager (outside services)
Key KPI
- Management of troubleshooting vs. escalation to regional commodity managers, and resulting QCD performance
- Accuracy of sourcing rules in ERP
Minimal Requirements
- Degree in Business Economics or relevant field
- IT Skills: MS Office
- Language Skills: English
- Attention to details
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to cooperate with others
