Site Manager (Solar)

I am looking for a Site Manager to join a leading international photovoltaic company.
Our client develops and delivers clean energy solutions based on photovoltaic systems along the entire value chain - from project development and financing, construction, operation and maintenance to energy management.
Job Description:Comprehensive monitoring of construction activity throughout the construction and commissioning phase up to commissioning.
Providing positive, clear, concise and transparent reports to the Project Manager.
Monitoring and certifying the achievement of construction milestones, testing and commissioning activities and ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements and standards.
Supporting the project manager in the evaluation of design or technical changes to the project, as well as the project budget.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation on site.
Organizing and participating in site meetings with contractors, HSEQ managers and, if required, external site managers, owner's technical consultants and engineers and local authorities, and preparing meeting minutes signed by all parties.
Maintaining relationships with all parties involved in the site, including local authorities, TSO/DSO representatives, consultants and landowners.
Supervising, motivating and managing contractors, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a site-based role needed on site five days a week in various locations in Sardegna.
