About usThis role has the purpose to achieve the end of erection of the Plant as per Quality Requirements and in the Contractual Time Frame respecting the assigned budget and contract obligations in coordination with the Client and Sub-Contractors.ResponsibilitiesPlanning of resources and erection equipment.Planning of site activities.Managing of the Site Team to perform Site Quality Inspections of the installation as per Oil & Gas Standard: collecting of installation checks keeping full traceability.Signing of Mechanical Completion documentsManaging of contractual documents, drawings, manuals, etcManaging of local purchase.Management of Vendors and contractors.Managing of the relationship with the client and local authorities.Punch lists follow up and finalization attitude.Good capacity of Coordination with Head Quarter, contractors and vendors.Technical Requirements5-10 years of erection / site management in large sites (i.e.
Ammonia or Petrochemical Plant or Blast Furnace Plant or Fertilizer Plants or Direct Reduction Plants).Bachelor of Engineering, preferably mechanicSoft SkillsStrategic thinkingProblem solving in team workGreat Management Skills (with client and site team)Planning skillsLeadership and communicabilityContractual Interpretation SkillsNegotiation Skills with client and supplierDeep and vast Knowledge of interdisciplinary erection procedures,Deep knowledge of Quality Control PrinciplesSafety certificationWelding Certification/knowledge (preferably)Very good knowledge of the English language (speaking and writing)Excellent skill in computer
