PositionWe are selecting a figure of Site Manager.
The figures, in the context of naval construction sites will be responsible for:
Coordinate and train internal and/or external laying personnel regarding laying methods and equipment use as well as safety issues;Manage installation operations in compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations;Ensure adherence to the time schedule in compliance with the planning of site activities;Collaborate in the preparation of progress reports and other documentation in collaboration with the construction office the Project Manager and other company functions;Manage the acceptance, sorting and storage of materials and equipment at the construction site;Take care of quality control and testing of installed items before final delivery to the customer for acceptance.RequirementsAt least 5 years' experience in the role;Previous experience in shipbuilding sector;Knowledge of technical drawing and fair knowledge of Office package, and preferable knowledge of Autocad, MS ProjectExcellent ability to manage on-site resources completes the profile.Other informationSomec Group is committed to promoting, cultivating and preserving a culture marked by diversity and inclusion in its workforce.
