Job Description Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as the client, client's representative, project manager, subcontractors, local authorities, residents and all persons affected by the project, representing Goldwind with professionalism, integrity, and honesty. Daily report to the project manager and client about the project progress Compile all statistics or report required by the client e.g. project progress, manpower and equipment (present / projected) statistics etc Experienced in supervising a team of employees and subcontractors to safely carry out work in a complex environment. Complete technical explanation and guidance of WTG mechanical/electrical installation. And complete site and port mechanical/electrical installation problems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for site attendance, site induction, toolbox talks, accidents, goods received, weekly site records, site safety inspections, plant register records, scaffold report records, and all staff-related forms/administration. Control and implementation of all legal and site-specific HSE policies, including safety registers, equipment registers, incident reporting, disciplinary hearings, adjudication of skills and competency of manpower utilised, monthly (reportable) safety audits etc. Qualification Relevant education (e.g. Engineering education or similar). More than 3 years of experience in wind turbine construction business or EPC construction business. Have good knowledge of wind turbine installation technology or EPC construction projects. Have good knowledge and experience with HSE system and quality control system. Work well under pressure and have impressive stress management. Strong oral and written communication skills.
