Who We AreWe've got some thrilling projects lined up, and we're currently focused on the construction of four biomethane plants in Italy, between Verona and Mantova.
These plants will play a crucial role in transforming organic waste into clean energy, and we need your expertise to help us make it happen!
What You'll DoAs our Site Manager, you'll be the go-to person on-site, overseeing the successful construction of our biomethane plants.
Under the control of the Project Manager, your role will involve:
Follow-up, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projectsReview all subcontracted deliverables, arrange any internal review processes, and establish the necessary corrective actions if anyCoordinate subcontractorsPerform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's statusCooperate and communicate with all the Technology & Engineering & Construction team other project engineers and collaborating to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitabilityEnsure the established frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection are followedEnsure the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications (local and EU).Who You AreWe're looking for someone who has:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the biomethane sector.Strong Leadership Skills: You're a natural leader who thrives in a team environment.Excellent Communication: You can communicate effectively with your team, contractors, and stakeholders.Organizational Skills: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently.Passion for Renewable Energy: You're driven by a desire to make the world a cleaner, greener place.What We OfferIf you join us, you can expect:
