Project Coordination: The Site Manager organizes and oversees the entire construction process, from site preparation to project completion. Daily Operations: He manages daily work activities, ensuring smooth progress on the construction site. Quality Assurance: The Site Manager ensures that the project meets quality standards. Supplier Relations: He handles material procurement and maintains relationships with suppliers. Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations is a critical responsibility. Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinating subcontractors.
