AziendaOur Client is an historical chemistry plant, recently acquired from a big and prestigious multinational Company.Descrizione LavoroStrategicPartner with site leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support organisational objectives.Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management to enhance overall business performance.Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organisational goals.Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to implement strategies at the site level, ensuring the hiring of top-notch talent against positions to be filled at Lodi Site.Oversee talent performance and progression and implement talent development programs and succession planning initiatives to build a strong and capable workforce.OperationalDrive the implementation of HR strategies at the site level to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development.Monitor and analyse site HR metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide regular feedback to Head HR on site-specific HR activities.Facilitate a positive working environment, partnering with site leadership to address any employee-related issues and support change management initiatives.Facilitate career planning discussions and identify areas for upskilling in collaboration with Departmental Heads and Learning Development team.FinancialManage the HR budget for the site, optimising resource allocation to meet strategic goals.Monitor and analyse HR-related financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost management.CustomerAct as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their HR needs and provide timely and effective solutions.PeopleFoster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values.Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.Risk and Compliance ManagementCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related regulatory issues.Ensure timely compliance with all applicable statutory requirements (Provident Fund, ESI) and all other direct/contract employee-related statutes.Ensure adherence to defined Industrial Relations practices and disciplinary procedures within the site.Competenze ed esperienzaEducational QualificationBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.Previous ExperienceProven experience as an HRBP or similar role with 7-10 years in a regulated industry.
