Job Description As Site General Manager you're responsible for effectively leading the entire production plant, including covering: Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales and Health & Safety.

In addition, be responsible for:
Steering operational processes, maintaining quality standards and optimization production efficiency and further developing commercial performance. Leading the change management process, eg: building strong cohesion between departments, cost optimization etc. P&L, EBITDA, and CAPEX investment etc.Continuous improvement and strong hands-on focus on health & safety policies. The Successful Applicant Ideally this person combines an operational background with strategic capacity. Furthermore:
Master's degree (engineering, economics). At least 15 years of relevant experience in operations. Leadership capability and excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and building of strong team cohesion. Experience in Health & Safety policies and willingness to operate hands-on in these areas.Experience in change management and transformation Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English.
