About this role TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. The Site Coordinator is responsible for supporting investigational site operations to ensure clinical studies are conducted efficiently and with high-quality standards. You will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, contributing to patient recruitment, data entry, and overall study execution. As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company that is an industry leader in clinical research and drug development. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and resolve queries to maintain high-quality study data. Assist with patient recruitment and schedule patient visits. Support the Principal Investigator with Ethics Committee submissions. Maintain and update the Investigator Site File and study documentation. Manage study drug accountability and dispensing logs. Attend monitoring visits, audits, and inspections as required. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience (relevant experience acceptable if focused on data entry tasks). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Italian and English, both written and verbal communication. Willingness to travel as required for the role.
