Company Description
Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated.
The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
Position
At ATLANTE you will oversee the efficient and timely development of **public **or **private **sites for the installation of **charging stations**.
You will be involved from and contribute to the early stages of the site selection process, focusing on the planning, permitting and authorization processes required to bring each site to "installation ready" stage, at which point you will hand them over to the Project Management team.
**Task and duties:
- Managing a portfolio of site development projects at various stages of development;
- Support the site selection process, especially with respect to planning, permitting or general development topics, timeframes and/or potential redflags;
- Once sites are onboarded in your development portfolio, design an ad hoc development plan for each site, utilizing (digital) tools and standardize processes.
Wherever relevant select, appoint and supervise subcontractors or external service providers for the effective development of the sites or parts thereof;
- Liaise with all external stakeholders necessarily part of the development plan: site owners, public/local authorities, local communities, consumers' groups, planning authorities, fire safety authorities, utilities (for connections and supply), etc;
- Liaise with internal teams (engineering, procurement etc.)
and external consultants (lawyers, planning advisory etc.
), direct and supervise their work ensuring timely receival of their deliverables on budget;
- Provide feedback to the design and engineering teams, for continuous improvement and optimization of site selection and development;
- Contribute to the strategic decisions and goal setting for future site acquisition and development.
- Managing the timing and costs of the activities;
- Day to day management of resources and budgets assigned to you;
- Drawing up reports on the closing of the order, in order to capitalize and spread the results, solutions and anything else necessary to increase effectiveness and efficiency in subsequent experiences.
- Verifying the requirements of subcontractors also in terms of safety and preparing the necessary safety measures for the site, with the support of the HSEQ manager;
**Requirements**:
**Your background:
- Architecture, Architectural or Civil Engineering with professional experience in electrical systems would be the perfect match.
Any other degree / Master's must be complemented by strong professional track record.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in development of "road-related" sites, e.g.
traditional petrol stations, road-side service areas, large parking areas, etc.
or contiguous sectors (shopping malls, logistics centres etc.).
We highly favour professionals with some previous experiences in e-mobility / EV charging projects.
Experience in developing sites for renewables projects (preferably distributed, e.g.
rooftop solar etc) and/or energy storage projects will also be considered relevant.
Finally, proven track record in participating (with a meaningful, hand-on role) in public tenders for concessions of relevant sectors will also be of great interest to ATLANTE.
- Working experience in several of the following areas: greenfield, brownfield developments, re-purposing development projects, real estate developments, construction laws, tendering / contracting with public authorities, labour laws, health and safety regulations, grid codes, contract negotiation, project control and finance, scheduling, progress measurement, risk assessment, stakeholders' management, estimating process and planning, electronic document file management
- Certification in formal project management methodologies (PMI, PMP ) is a plus, as well as any other relevant certification
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must; a second language is a plus (French, Spanish or Portuguese)
