We are looking for a talented CRO & Digital Analytics Expert for our design studio, keen to join a global design studio to humanize complexity and positively impact people's lives.
What you'll doYou will help our clients explore new business opportunities in the following areas:
Product AnalyticsDigital AnalyticsVoice of CustomerDigital MarketingYou will instill a digital analytics culture by measuring and optimizing the quality of the User Experience through quantitative tools in continuous collaboration with all external and internal stakeholders.
You will manage the collection, analysis, and performance monitoring of digital properties (apps and websites) to identify the most relevant insights and contribute to improving conversion and User Experience.
You will be involved in the following activities: Definition of valuable strategies for proper website/apps/campaign measurement through an ad hoc tracking strategy.Collaborate in defining the monitoring strategy and designing plans for tracking and measuring the success of services and products.Monitor product KPIs through analytics tools to report on strategic trends and identify critical issues in achieving business objectives.Collect user feedback with the aim of identifying areas for improvement to enrich product strategies.Carry out quantitative user survey activities, including: 1) Collecting internal research objectives. 2) Analyzing the flows under the survey. 3) Defining the survey delivery strategy and data collection. 4) Defining research protocols. 5) Implementing and managing the delivery tools.Design and manage data visualization dashboards and provide easy access to data for the Design team and key stakeholders.Measuring, analyzing, and monitoring website performance trends.Collection, design, and formalization of tracking requirements.Structure and present analysis to management and stakeholders through actionable reporting and tracking.Creation of customized user reporting through Adobe Workspaces & Report.Manage a CRO roadmap to orchestrate A/B and multivariate tests to improve on-site conversion rates.Collaborate closely with marketing and IT teams.Who we're looking for2+ years of experience on complex Analytics projects on different platforms.Previous experience in setting up and managing digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, MixPanel.Previous experience in user research, including quantitative methods (surveys, questionnaires) and qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing).Preferred knowledge and use of Qualtrics / Medallia / Talkwalker / Sprinklr.Basic knowledge of tag management platforms, such as Adobe Launch, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, and Adobe Campaign.Currently valid certifications on Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner or Advanced Google Analytics.Experience with user behavior monitoring tools: heatmap, session recording, survey, etc. (e.g. Contentsquare or similar) and understanding web design basics (UX and UI).Proven experience in team collaboration.Ability to relate both with Operational and C-level.What we offerWe offer a range of tailored benefits that support your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
