About the Role We are seeking a Shopper Marketing Intern for our Legnano (MI) office within the Consumer Goods Business Unit to assist our Category Managers with operational tasks. The Intern is a vital member of the marketing team, tasked with designing and implementing shopper programs that enhance the conversion of our products, including Tempo, Tena, Nuvenia, and DemakUp. This role involves leading specific account activations, contributing to larger strategic shopper initiatives, and serving as a crucial link between the marketing and sales teams. What You Will Do Assist in the development and execution of shopper marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Support the creation of in-store promotional materials, displays, and digital marketing content.
Collaborate with the sales, brand, and retail teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, gathering data and insights to optimize future initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and promotional activities.
Help maintain relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment on marketing strategies.
Who You Are Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in shopper marketing, retail, or consumer goods.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data.
