Now, we're seeking a Digital Project Manager and Scrum Master to start our business in Milan.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge in each stage of product development process:UX Research DesignSoftware development (CMS or custom made)Web analyticsCROYou don't need detailed knowledge in any area (we have specialists in each area), but enough knowledge to lead other people from these areas.
You will work with cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.ResponsibilitiesBy partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.As a Project Manager at Rocket Digital, you will take part in:Analyze customer needs and write a scope for the project.Identify new product improvement opportunities.Analyze how a product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.Lead teams in order to build new products.Keep customers informed of product development status.Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.Testing new products.
