In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the Manufacturing activities in compliance with the Manufacturing routing, HSE, and Quality.
As a Shop/Plant Milling Machining Operator, you will be responsible for:
Executing machining activities related to Baker Hughes productsChecking the final quality of the activities as indicated by the Manufacturing routing by filling the inspection planHousekeeping of the work stationVouching worked hours applicable to the Manufacturing activity assignedParticipating in continuous improvement through project proposalsFollowing the shop floor policy related to the working shift, lunch break, and PPE use.To be successful in this role you will: Show proven experience as a milling machining operatorBe able in technical drawing interpretation and in technical document and procedure interpretationBe able in manual and numerical controlled machine and to report safety, quality, and routing issues to the supervisorBe fluent in Italian both written and spokenHold a EU work permitDesired Characteristics High school degree in technical mattersKnowledge of NDE processesKnowledge in machining tool kitKnowledge of Baker Hughes productsWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
