Shift Maintenance Manager_Sede Di Arlon (Belgio)

Genova EUR 50.000 - 70.000 Gi Group SpA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SHIFT MAINTENANCE MANAGER to join the team at the Ferrero Plant in Arlon (Belgium). THE ROLE: The Shift Maintenance Manager , reporting directly to the Plant Maintenance Manager, will oversee and coordinate the mechanical and electrical maintenance teams. This role ensures that maintenance services meet quality standards and objectives related to safety, productivity, hygiene, quality, and HACCP compliance. This role offers the opportunity to get valuable insights into our overall Operations organization and is a solid springboard for further development within the Group. RESPONSIBILITIES: Guarantees that all regulatory and company safety standards and requirements, including necessary training activities, are respected and effective. Assist in evaluating and updating maintenance procedures. Maintain and update machinery manuals and compliance records. Help plan and schedule maintenance activities. Supervise maintenance tasks, prioritize requests, and ensure safety compliance. Track maintenance practices and analyze breakdowns. Contribution to budget management. PROFILE: Around 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to effectively manage people in different multi-cultural environments.
