Responsibilities: Carrying out mechanical design for industrial automatic production machinesDesigning in accordance with design requirement documents and machine functional requirementsDesign in accordance with EU Machinery DirectiveDevelopment of moving mechanisms and automated machinery, with a focus on packaging automation, using Solidworks for solid modeling, sheet metal design, and weldments
Oversee the integration and maintenance of pneumatic systems, particularly those involving Festo equipment, ensuring optimal performance in automated manufacturing processes.Develop and implement linear motion and indexing systems, both linear and rotational, for industrial automation applications. Requirements: Mechanical engineer, B.sc, M.scKnowledge and experience in pneumatics, Emphasis on Festo EquipmentKnowledge and experience in moving mechanisms and mechanisms Design.5 years of experience or more in industrial manufacturing automated machines, with emphasis on packing automation.Highly proficient with Solidworks (MUST). Solid modeling of machined parts, sheet metal parts, and weldment.Experience with linear motion systems, servo and pneumatic driven.Experience with indexing machines (linear indexing & Rotational indexing)Familiarity with safety requirements of the EU machinery directive.
High-level English – verbal and written.Highly motivated. Advantages: Working with the PDM system.Preferred niches: case parkers, palletizing, cartons (like for yogurt), packing machinery, and filling machinery.
