Main responsibilities: Receive and review vendor invoice, performs invoice matching and VAT invoice verification.Ensure accuracy and timely processing of vendor invoice for PO and non-PO items.Review and standardize account coding of expenses.Coordinate with team lead and local business unit Controllers to reduce the occurrence of non-PO invoices.Ensure all non-PO invoices are authorized before payment.Review AP reconciliation, ageing reports and other financial reports to identify errorEnsure clearing accounts are maintained up-to-date and identify action plans for any long outstanding items.Identify the process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the management, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continuallyWe encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
