SFE & CRM Manager - Veterinary Multinational Company On behalf of our client, a multinational veterinary company, we are looking for an experienced SFE & CRM Manager.
Responsibilities: Manage and ensure the correct implementation of all Field Sales tools designed to increase the effectiveness of the Field Force, aligned with Southern Europe Cluster and International guidelines.
Provide analytic support and interpret sales force data/insights into recommendations/inputs to business senior leads.
Provide CRM system and other SFE tools with day-to-day support to the business in Italy.
Work with the Country leadership teams right through to the field force themselves to ensure that activities put in place in the assigned markets support the provision of sales.
Minimum Requirements: Degree in Management or Economics.
Minimum 5 years of operational Pharma Industry experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent knowledge of English.
Business Focus.
Quick thinker.
Preferred residence: Roma.
