OverviewThe EBS team provides development, maintenance, and support services for the TNS Salesforce environment. This includes all aspects of system development including designing, testing, and deploying solutions with user satisfaction a priority and handling L2 incident and problem tickets.
ResponsibilitiesGathering and documenting requirements from users and stakeholdersSalesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Flow Builder, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reportsSalesforce development including Apex triggers/test classes and custom Visualforce pagesParticipation in Agile Scrum meetingsSandbox environment managementData management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as neededTriaging and resolving L2 incident and problem ticketsExperience & Education RequiredStrong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years hands-on development experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service CloudCertified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform DeveloperDevOps/release management experienceExperience developing and deploying Salesforce configuration and code changesProven ability to work collegially with business stakeholdersAbility to solve problems independently while also knowing when to escalate/seek guidanceExperience & Education PreferredBachelor's/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualificationExperience with Pardot or RootstockActive in the Salesforce communityOther Considerations:A proactive attitude to platform enhancementsA desire to implement scalable, best practice solutionsAvailable and responsive to user questionsBenefitsHealth insuranceDental planLife insuranceMeal/Food voucherGympassTotalpassLinkedIn LearningEAP – Employee Assistance ProgramScout – Referral ProgramBirthday Day OffCareer MentoringConnect with HRWedding giftIf you are passionate about technology, love personal growth and opportunity, come see what TNS is all about!
