Mission We're looking for a Service Quality Leader who is accountable to define proper quality KPI and other fundamentals for Service offers which include Spares & Battery, Modernization & consulting, Maintenance, etc. Accountable for service offer creation and quality excellence delivered to our customers and our customer satisfaction. As first contact in the region, timely and effective management of customer containment action (Business Risk escalation, Root causes analysis...), the prevention action to avoid recurring issues, as well as to provide project quality control during the offer creation in Agile transformation environment, coach and help project teams on Quality mindset.
What will you do? Engage and contribute to Service Offer creation and evolution teams with strong quality expertise, identify quality metrics that fit Service Offers, and drive continuous improvement. Support Agile transformation at LoB level from quality perspective, be E2E accountable for Quality on new Service Offers. Lead team to define annual quality targets and roadmap for offers in charge. Ensure effectiveness of quality improvement activities and drive follow-up. Promote and coach quality mindset within project/squad teams in Agile transformation environment. Represent and remind customer voice in the Service Offer creation and evolution process. Ensure proper risk management and all quality deliverables. Supervise the complete scope of quality (Design, manufacturing, supply chain, supplier) for Service offers under Service LOB responsibility to improve customer experience. Secure collection and analyze all data relative to quality (I2P, Customer Survey or feedback, manufacturing quality, supplier) Drive the quality issues resolution and prevention using 8D, and lean 6 Sigma and coordinate with Operation. Actively support product line of business on PWP/withdraw project when there is transfer of technology (risk analysis, product control specification...), challenge to ensure good quality handshake between Product LoB and Service with clear SLA. Drive risk analysis for customers for non-conformant product or quality issue. What qualifications, skills and capabilities will make you successful? 3 years+ OQL experience + 3 years Project Quality experiences. Bachelor or Master's degree in major of Quality or Engineering, MBA is a plus. Open-minded for new ways of working – doing quality control in a smart way. Solid background in Medium and Low voltage (Technical, Industry, R&D), background with Secure Power is a plus. Basic Agile knowledge (real Agile project experience is a plus). Familiar with Schneider Service Business is a plus. Black belt is a plus. Strong influence and convincing skills, coaching skills is a plus. Strong communication skills and crisis management.
